05 Warranty terms

12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first

Every workshop in the network sells the same warranty. Parts and labour are covered for 12 months or 20,000 km from the date on your invoice, whichever comes first, and the cover travels with you. A repair done in Lviv is honoured in Kharkiv without a call to the original bay.

Covered
Parts supplied and fitted by the workshop, plus the labour charged for that job.
Not covered
Wear items past their service life, wipers, filters, bulbs, accident damage, and faults traced to a part fitted elsewhere.
Parts origin
OEM or OEM-equivalent. The invoice states which one was used, so the figure can be checked against the reference dealer column in the fixed-price ledger.
Diagnostic fee
UAH 900 for a full fault read, deducted from the repair total when you approve the work the same day. Decline the repair and you pay the fee only.

Claims are handled at any of the 41 sites. Bring the invoice and we read the fault, order the part, and book the bay. Fleet and company vehicles follow the same terms.
